On March 28, a delegation from the Macao International Environmental Co-operation Forum (MIECF) visited the Hengqin Digital Zero-Carbon Island Shared Laboratory to learn about CSG's progress in digitalization, green development, and international cooperation. The visit also highlighted the laboratory's role in supporting the integrated development of energy science and technology.

The forum was sponsored by the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region and organized by Macao’s Commerce and Investment Promotion Institute and Environmental Protection Bureau. The delegation consisted of 24 representatives from environmental agencies and associations across Germany, Japan, Brazil, the Republic of Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, and other countries.

During the visit, the delegation members expressed a strong interest in further exchanges with China in areas such as new energy integration, power grid safety, energy storage, and research and innovation mechanisms. They viewed the visit as a valuable starting point for deeper cooperation in the global push for sustainable energy solutions.
